Client Relationship & Estate Manager

The Client Relationship & Estate Manager would be responsible for account management and customer relations for all large Rock Shelter accounts.  This individual would have at least 10 years of experience with landscape construction and turf maintenance, and would have at least 5 years of client management and team leadership.  This position involves some sales and customer retention as well as diagnosing and treating problems with landscape and turf issues.

The Client Relationship & Estate Manager would serve as the main point of contact for clients and landscape crew foremen.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in landscape contracting field
• 5 years of client management and team leadership
• Extensive knowledge of turf care, including pest and disease management
• Extensive knowledge of local landscape plant materials and their care
• Conflict resolution skills
• Communication and sales skills
• Clean driver's license
• Ability to lift 40 lbs

The Garden & Turf Foreman

The Garden & Turf Foreman position will perform garden maintenance and lawn care services, and will manage several landscape crews of 3-5 people.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in landscape contracting and maintenance

• 2 years of leadership and management of landscape crews
• Snow removal experience
• Clean driver's license
• Extensive knowledge of pest and disease identification and treatment
• Ability to lift 40 lbs

Garden Crew Leader

The Garden Crew Leader will supervise landscape installations and will assist with property maintenance. Will supervise crews of 4-6 individuals.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in landscape contracting and maintenance
• 2 years of leadership and management of landscape crews
• Snow removal experience
• Extensive knowledge of pest and disease identification and treatment
• Knowledge of irrigation installation and maintenance
• Ability to lift 40 lbs

Mason Crew leader

The Mason Crew Leader will be responsible for all masonry installations, supervision of 4-6 crew members, and follow-up with the client.  This position works closely with other leadership positions.

Requirements:

• Experience in leadership roles
• 5 years of experience in masonry
• Extensive knowledge of natural and cultured stone
• Clean driver's license
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Comfort operating masonry equipment

Garden & Turf Crew Member

The Garden & Turf Crew Members work as part of a team to maintain landscapes, turf, irrigation and paved surfaces.  These team members must be positive, upbeat, and motivated individuals that can withstand tough working conditions including heat, snow, rain and cold.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Clean driver's license
• Experience working with landscapes and turf preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn
